In the meantime, the criminals are seizing on this crisis to attack even more.

Some companies are getting an email which is supposed to be from the owner/CEO asking an employee to do something for them but if you look at the email (sometimes you have to hover over the name to see the email) it will NOT be from the company address.  Please warn employees to be very alert for this type of CEO Fraud scam.

FBI Sees Rise in Fraud Related to COVID-19 

Summary:   Scammers are leveraging the COVID-19 pandemic to steal your money, your personal information, or both. Don’t let them. Protect yourself and do your research before clicking on links purporting to provide information on the virus, buying equipment and protective gear; donating to a charity online or through social media; contributing to a crowdfunding campaign; or giving up your personal information in order to receive money or other benefits.
